Michelle joined AMBER Partnership in 2023, bringing over 18 years of experience as an Executive Assistant at highly regarded London law firms.

She plays a crucial role in managing statutory filings, handling HMRC correspondence, and ensuring compliance with Companies House regulations, providing seamless administrative support to our clients.

Michelle is also responsible for onboarding new clients and overseeing the firm’s AML compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met efficiently.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her partner and two football-loving sons, who keep her busy with their various after school clubs.

She also stays active, enjoys family holidays, and socialising with friends.

About Fay

Fay joined AMBER Partnership at the start of 2025, bringing over 18 years of experience in accountancy, having worked in both local and London-based practices. She plays a key role in managing the internal accounting functions for some of our larger clients, overseeing supplier payment runs and providing credit control.

Working closely with Holly and Tom, Fay supports our clients across accounts preparation, VAT compliance, and tax advisory services, ensuring businesses receive expert financial guidance tailored to their needs.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Fay enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, supporting them in their various after-school activities.

She is also passionate about staying active, regularly running, training at the gym, and making the most of holidays and travel.

About Tom

Tom joined AMBER Partnership in 2024, bringing valuable experience from his years at a well-established local accountancy firm.

He predominantly supports our construction clients, assisting with CIS returns, bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and corporate and personal tax compliance.

In addition to his work with construction businesses, Tom manages financial operations for some of our larger clients, overseeing internal finance departments, coordinating supplier payment runs, and preparing monthly management reports.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active through football, squash, and regular gym workouts.

Since 2005, he has worked with two leading local accountancy firms, bringing a wealth of expertise in delivering tailored financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Passionate about supporting business owners – especially start-ups – Richard specialises in implementing systems and processes that enhance efficiency and drive profitability. His experience spans industries including construction, mining, sports & leisure, hospitality, media, and financial services.

Richard provides corporate finance advisory services, handling company sales, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financing solutions. He ensures robust corporate governance, delivering comprehensive financial projections and strategic tax structuring to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
